This friendly, practical session will help you: ✅ Build confidence and learn essential first aid skills ✅ Manage emergency situations calmly and effectively ✅ Practice CPR and how to use a defibrillator (AED) ✅ Respond to choking and anaphylaxis ✅ Learn life-saving techniques for babies, children, and adults No prior experience is needed, just come along, get involved, and gain valuable skills that could save a life.
