Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for use until 1st May of the year stated on the voucher.
After 1st May, vouchers may still be redeemed, but bookings will be subject to availability during busy periods.
 

Booking Requirements
Activities must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, please book as far in advance as possible.
Bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed for specific dates.

A  minimum booking for 2 people for all activities apply.

Depending upon availability we cannot always guarantee the booking will be exclusive to the voucher holder.  
 

Redemption
By purchasing and/or redeeming a gift voucher, you accept that CMADE Outdoors will honour vouchers based on the availability of activities.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased.
CMADE reserves the right to fully refund any voucher at their discretion at any time.
 

Extensions and Availability Post-May
While vouchers remain valid after 1st May, CMADE Outdoors reserves the right to prioritise customers based on operational capacity during busy periods.
It is advised to contact CMADE Outdoors as early as possible to check for availability if redeeming a voucher after this date.
 

Non-Transferability
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the person(s) named during booking.
 

Liability
CMADE Outdoors is not liable for any loss or theft of vouchers. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
 

General Terms
CMADE Outdoors reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
In purchasing a voucher, you agree to comply with all safety guidelines and terms of participation provided by CMADE Outdoors.
We will need to work together to suit everyone’s availability, please book as far in advance as possible.
